Innovative Management & Technology Wins Three Business Awards

Innovative Management & Technology, LLC (IMTS), one of the region's premier technology integrators, has received three prestigious awards: the Inc. 500 Award, the Washington Technology's Fast 50, and to IMTS President/CEO and founder Chirag Patel, the 2008 Minority Small Business Person of the Year from the U.S. Small Business Administration's West Virginia District Office.

The first award, the Inc. 500, is a service of Inc. Magazine. Inc. Magazine is a trade press designed to deliver advice, tools, and services to help business owners and CEOs start, run, and grow their businesses more successfully. IMTS was also recognized by the Washington, DC weekly magazine, Washington Technology, as its number 10 Fast 50. The Fast 50 companies are ranked on how fast their government revenues grew from 2002 through 2006. This includes federal, state, and local revenues. Patel says being ranked 10th amongst other notable small businesses is a huge achievement signifying the company's long-standing success and commitment in the Washington, DC market.
And finally, Chirag Patel himself was awarded the 2008 Minority Small Business Person of the Year from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) West Virginia District.
