352 Media Group Selected to Manage Microsoft Expression Website

352 Media Group has been hired by the Microsoft Expression team to manage www.Microsoft.com/Expression for the fiscal year of 2009. The Web design company was chosen from among 16 approved Microsoft vendors, based on expertise with Microsoft Silverlight development , understanding of internal Microsoft best practices and overall vision for the Expression Website.

As the Microsoft Expression Suite improves and expands, 352 Media Group will blend its Web design and marketing expertise to encourage more visitor interaction through trial downloads, Silverlight downloads and involvement in the Expression community site. The Web design company will also use the site to showcase Expression's partners and unique software applications.

"There's a significant amount of product growth and updates on the horizon for Microsoft Expression, so that is what will drive the Website updates throughout the year," said Kelly Lammers, Project Manager for 352 Media Group's Seattle Web design team. "In terms of the site's visual appeal, we plan to use Microsoft Expression tools to highlight their design possibilities, specifically showcasing Silverlight development."

The first major update completed by 352 Media Group's Seattle Web design team highlights the launch of Silverlight 2 (a cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device plug-in that allows developers to build interactive Web applications) and Microsoft Expression Blend 2 Service Pack 1 (a user interface design tool that fully supports Silverlight 2.
