Core-Mark Announces the Promotion of Eric Rolheiser to President of Its Canadian Operations

Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: CORE), one of the largest North American distributors to the convenience retail industry, announced today that it has promoted Eric Rolheiser to the position of President, Core-Mark Canada. As previously announced, Basil Prokop retired from this position in July, and Mr. Rolheiser has been acting as the Interim President since that time. "Eric has brought a new and different perspective to our operations in Canada, and has built solid management teams in each of our divisions there," said Michael Walsh, Chief Executive Officer of Core-Mark. "We look forward to his leadership in driving sales and profits for our customers and for Core-Mark."
Eric joined Core-Mark in 1992 and has successfully served in progressively higher roles of responsibility since. He has served as a Sales Supervisor, Food Service Manager and Divisional General Sales Manager until his promotion in 2000 to Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing, Canada. From 2004 until 2007 Eric has served in the role of Division President where he was responsible for the overall management of all facets of the business at the divisional level. In 2007 he was promoted to Vice President, Canada the second most senior position in the Company's Canadian operations. Since July, Eric has been acting as the Interim President for Core-Mark Canada where he has demonstrated strong customer-focused credentials and an extensive knowledge of the Canadian convenience marketplace.
