Enhanced Electronic Version of ValueSelling Associates' ValuePrompter Increases Efficiency, Communication Across Sales Teams
Market Wire, January, 2009
ValueSelling Associates, Inc. , creator of the ValueSelling Framework (TM), announces robust enhancements to its popular eValuePrompter (TM) Internet-based tool for prospect qualification, opportunity management, forecasting accuracy and closing more deals. The newly redesigned eValuePrompter can be integrated into ValueSelling clients' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
"The eValuePrompter is the only tool available that incorporates the ValueSelling Framework into our clients' day-to-day online tools," said Julie Thomas, president and chief executive officer, ValueSelling Associates. "Our development partner, White Springs, is in tune with what our clients require for integration. They have built functionality enhancements that will not only improve the sales professional's ability to utilize the eValuePrompter but also provide coaching and insight to enable better sales management."
CRM Integration
The eValuePrompter integrates with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com, for quick association with contacts in the system. Using the eValuePrompter in conjunction with a CRM tool makes it easy for sales professionals to move a lead to an opportunity and facilitates the information-gathering and pre-call planning process. Once the prospect has been qualified and turned into a lead, the eValuePrompter can be used to effectively move the prospect through the sales process and convert that prospect to a client or customer. The eValuePrompter can be leveraged across the entire sales team within the CRM system.
Reporting and Letter Templates
There now are more than five fields within the eValuePrompter that can be included for reporting purposes. The additional fields make it simpler for sales professionals and sales leaders to associate value to each contact in the CRM, as well as accurately forecast and populate information in the pipeline. In addition, the eValuePrompter incorporates templates for all aspects of communication with prospects including letters for follow up, action planning and checking in.
Existing Users
Existing eValuePrompter users will receive an automatic upgrade to the enhanced product. Leveraging best practices in Internet-based tools, eValuePrompter administrators will notice a new, more intuitive user interface and streamlined overall set up process. In addition, the eValuePrompter can now be managed from within existing CRM systems.
"The improvements we have made to ValueSelling's eValuePrompter are a natural progression in the product," said Chris Hens, president and chief operating officer, White Springs . "ValueSelling Associates clients now have an even more intuitive application to execute and manage the ValueSelling Framework."
