Miller's Precision Enterprises Unrolls New Customer Referral Program
Market Wire, February, 2009
Miller's Precision Enterprises, Inc. (MPE), a leading supplier of protective clothing , recently unveiled a new referral program that rewards customers for their support.
The program will credit current loyal customers for simply referring new business to MPE. Current customers are encouraged to tell others about MPE's products and have new customers mention the referral with their first order. As an incentive, the new customer will receive 5% off their first order. The referring company will receive 5% of that sale to be used as a credit on their next purchase.
Current customers can also give MPE the names and contact information of potential clients who may need items like disposable shoe covers and protective suits. When calling a potential client, MPE will provide them with the name of the referring company. If the prospective company places an order, 5% of the sale will be issued to the referring company in the form of a credit memo.
"Our new referral program is a win-win-win situation for everyone involved. Our loyal customers can easily earn credit memos, simply by telling others about our products and services. New customers receive a discount and we get to increase our customer base. Word of mouth advertising is an important part of our marketing plan. We make it our goal to leave every customer satisfied with our products and services so they feel confident in referring us to others," said Mike Miller of MPE, Inc.
In addition to the referral program, MPE is also accepting applications for resellers of its protective Tyvek clothing. The resale program is designed for companies that would like to provide their own customers with protective shirts , pants and other disposable clothing items. New distributors will receive a 5% credit memo for their first order and existing distributors will receive a 5% credit memo for lines they haven't purchased before.
"For painters, construction workers and people working in industrial settings, protective Tyvek clothing can save their original clothing from an environment full of dirt, grease and other hazardous materials. Our goal in increasing our reseller program is to help expand the market place for Tyvek clothing so that all companies have access to this truly innovative product," said Miller.
Tyvek protective clothing is specially designed to withstand tearing or puncture while functioning as a breathable membrane. The fabric allows body heat and sweat to escape while preventing chemicals, paints and particles from getting in. While the protective coveralls, aprons and suits are designed to be disposable, they are strong enough to bear several wearings.
