Otto Instrument Names API as Exclusive Distributor

Aerospace Products International, Inc. (API), a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Aviation Services Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FAVS) and a leading supplier of innovative distribution and supply chain services for the aviation industry, has been selected by Otto Instrument Service, Inc. as the Exclusive Distributor for its instruments and avionics, including its repair and overhaul services. API's appointment by Otto represents another major expansion of API's product offering.
