Acresso Software Adds Janet Perna as New Board Member

Acresso Software , a privately held company of Thoma Bravo , today announced the appointment of Janet Perna to its Board of Directors.
Ms. Perna is the former general manager, information management for IBM's Software group. In that role, Ms. Perna established IBM as a market leader in database, enterprise content management and information integration. Under her leadership, the group increased information management revenue by more than 150 percent. Perna currently serves on the board of directors of Deltek and Varicent.
