Shotgun Entering the Vertical Hydroponics Farming Industry
Market Wire, February, 2009
Shotgun Energy Corporation (OTCBB: SGNE) announces that the Company will change its name to Organa Gardens International Inc. to reflect its new business direction into the hydroponics vertical farming industry.
This move comes via a pending acquisition of a specially designed rotary hydroponics vertical farming system which will virtually eliminate current problems like transportation costs, pollution and product spoilage while enabling the grower/farmer to realize the same crop yield using between one-fifth to one-tenth the land currently needed depending on the crop being grown. The fully automated system recycles and reuses 95% of the water used while requiring a negligible amount of energy to run.
Shotgun's name change will not involve a change in the issued or authorized capital of the Company.
The Company will be announcing further details by early next week.
