(NASDAQ: DCOM) (the "Company"), the parent company of The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh ("Dime"), today announced that the Company expects to release its earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 prior to the opening of the U.S. equity markets on Wednesday, April 29, 2009.
