Indie Ranch Media Subsidiary NetMix Broadcasting Announces Completion of Technical Components Required for Flycast Broadcasting Agreement

Indie Ranch Media, Inc. (the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: INDR) announced that their wholly owned subsidiary NetMix Broadcasting Network has completed the technical requirements for broadcasting their top stations through the Flycast Network. Flycast is portable music and talk radio that's better than Satellite radio, easy to use, and works on the BlackBerry (Bold, Storm, Curve), iPhone (Original, 3G, and iPod Touch) and Android phones like T-Mobile G1.
The NetMix.fm channel line up is already available to many mobile listeners through their own mobile application but the Flycast listener base already consists of many electronica and rock oriented subscribers.

This will expand the listener base for NetMix Broadcasting into the millions of listeners thus catapulting advertising revenue potential. NetMix Broadcasting Network anticipates their top stations will be available through Flycast in June 2009.
