(PINKSHEETS: HTRE) ("H3" or the "Company"), H3 is announcing the closing of its Hip Hop Soda Shop® Tampa location due to factors including regional business and real estate issues. The Company is exploring alternative opportunities to continue in the Tampa Bay, FL area and elsewhere. H3's unique business model which includes e-gaming, music recording, and southern home-style cooking is a concept which H3 hopes will flourish at another location.
Since the opening of Hip Hop Soda Shop in December 2007, H3 has had an unwavering commitment to the Tampa Bay community. H3 has contributed to local charitable organizations, hosted special events, and provided a unique venue to enjoy the Hip Hop culture. Our employees, team members, and investors remain our top priority. H3 appreciates the support of the Tampa Bay community, and hopes to continue its mission even in the face of the severe economic downturn.
