WEA also provides services as a keynote speaker for aerospace conferences, civic groups, commemorative events, military organizations, special interest groups and private aerospace industry.

He has been a member of the engineering technical staff of Rockwell International, General Dynamics Corporation, Hughes Missile Systems Company, NASA Dryden Flight Research Center and Raytheon Missile Systems.

White is an aerospace training expert with more than 25 years of teaching experience at both the university and corporate levels. White's teaching credentials include 15 years on the faculty of the Aerospace Department at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and 10 years as a technical instructor in the professional development program at Raytheon Missile Systems Company. Those who have taken his classes say that White brings an uncommon passion for and an extensive knowledge of course subject matter.

White has lectured extensively for numerous organizations including the USAF Test Pilot School, NASA Dryden Flight Research Center and Raytheon Missile Systems.

WEA training courses will be held in Oro Valley, Arizona starting in October 2009. Situated in the spectacular Eastern Sonoran Desert, the area provides an unparalleled recreational experience for nature lovers, hikers, campers, biking enthusiasts and golfers. Nearby Tucson is also home to the Pima Air and Space Museum (PASM), the United States Air Force 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (309th AMARG), the University of Arizona (UA), and Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS).
