--  Company receives an initial Order for Its MagChargR Product
--  "Go to market" strategy developed for MagChargR and ELEKTRA products
--  Company enters into agreement for marketing its ELEKTRA technology to
    tractor trailer truck and other heavy diesel truck operators.  Agreement
    identifies 5 named account fleets totaling 41,000 trucks. Agreement also
    covers one of North America's largest employee unions, with nearly 1,900
    affiliates and 1.4 million members throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto
    Rico
--  STWA receives Senate Resolution from the Honorable Tony Strickland of
    California District 19 -- presented to company at its newly relocated Santa
    Barbara offices
--  Company enters into NDA with PERA Innovation Limited, a leading UK-
    based business support organization, which maintains relationships with
    more than 350 global multi-national companies, regarding oil pipeline
    technology
--  Temple University report verifies benefits of applying STWA's ELEKTRA
    technology for reducing the viscosity of crude oil.  Technology could
    reduce the cost of oil extraction and transportation
