Gregory Evans Discusses BET'S Dorion Standberry's Hacked Twitter Account on the All New Morning Beat
Market Wire, June, 2009
CEO of LIGATT Security International (PINKSHEETS: LGTT) Gregory Evans will be appearing live with Charlamagne on Philadelphia's 100.3 the Beat. The "All New" Morning Beat airs in the city of Philadelphia as well as the states of New Jersey and Delaware. Evans will be featured at 6:45 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, to discuss the recent Twitter account hacking of Dorion Standberry, one of the stars of BET's College Hill Atlanta. Evans will also be speaking on cyber crime prevention such as PORTSNITCH, a service provided by LIGATT Security International that protects individuals from computer hackers attempting to steal personal information.
"I was so embarrassed when I realized what had happened. Not just for myself, but embarrassed for my family as well. I've heard several stories about people's computers being hacked, but I never thought in a million years that this could happen to me. I wish there was something I could have done on my end to prevent this," says Standberry on Atlanta's V103 morning show.
The alleged hacker, rumored to be an ex boyfriend of Standberry, not only posted nude photos of Dorion, he/she also began posting the names and phone numbers of his celebrity friends such as Christina Milian, Kyla Pratt, Nicole Richie and Tyson Beckford on Twitter.
WPHI 100.3 the Beat morning host and former co-host of the Wendy Williams Experience, Charlamagne Tha God, is known for his politically incorrect views and potentially dangerous rhetoric. Although at times deemed facetious, Charlamagne understands the importance of cyber security and being fully protected from the potential dangers of cyber crime.
