EcoBlu Products, Inc. Announces New Facility in Texas Market

EcoBlu Products, Inc. and N8 Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: NECO) announced today that it has signed a lease for a commercial property in Prosper, TX, just North of Dallas. The facility is a lumberyard on 3.6 acres with multiple buildings totaling approximately 18,000 square feet and includes a 300-foot rail spur to the property. The Company will use the property as a production facility for its coating process, manufacturing of its engineered wood components, warehousing, and its regional sales and administrative office.
"The Texas home building market is forecast to be one of the first to recover from the downturn, and we are currently shipping products into the area. We discovered this property in Dallas as we were exploring expansion into Texas and it was perfect," said Steve Conboy, President and CEO of EcoBlu Products. "This facility will allow us to produce our products for delivery into the Texas and Southeast markets, and with an existing presence in the area sales will continue to grow. We expect to be shipping products from our new Texas facility by July 1 of this year," added Conboy.
EcoBlu Products is projecting sales of over $10 million during the next 12-month period from the new Texas office.
EcoBlu Products currently has production, warehouse and administrative offices in Colton, CA that is 80,000 square feet under roof on 25 acres. The facility has one of the only hubs in Southern California that has both Burlington Northern (BNI) and Union Pacific (UP) rail line access. Additionally, the Company has access to a fully automated Unit Saw for Precision Edge Trimming (PET) of studs.
