Limelight Networks Provides Update on Level 3 Post-Trial Motions

Limelight Networks (NASDAQ: LLNW) today announced that the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia denied Level 3 Communications' post-trial motion for judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) and motion for a new trial.
In January, a jury found that Limelight Networks did not infringe any asserted claims of the patents at issue in the case Level 3 Communications, LLC. v. Limelight Networks, Inc. (United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Civil Action No. 2:07cv589).
