OneNeck IT Services Renews Contract With Targus Group International

Market Wire, July, 2009

OneNeck IT Services Corporation, the leading ERP Management Outsourcer , announced today that Targus Group International has extended its existing IT outsourcing contract. As one of OneNeck's first customers, this multi-year contract marks the fourth renewal by Targus.

Through a competitive bidding process, OneNeck won the renewal contract with Targus, which calls for the continuation of 24/7 management of Targus' global IT operations related to their Baan enterprise systems infrastructure. This includes application administration, database administration, operating system administration, WAN/LAN management, and application development for Targus' 45 worldwide offices overseeing distribution in over 145 countries.

When Targus first selected OneNeck in 1997, it was vital that the management of their IT environment was unified to allow for focus on strategic initiatives which brought greater value to their business. By providing a tailored, cost-effective and reliable solution to Targus for the past 12 years, OneNeck has helped Targus achieve these key business objectives.

"OneNeck is an extension of our business and a critical enabler of our IT strategy," stated Chuck Farner, CIO, Targus Group International. "However, in the current economic condition we thought it financially responsible to put the renewal out to market. In the end, OneNeck's ERP expertise, comprehensive solution offerings, and competitive pricing made OneNeck, once again, the best choice for us. After all these years we still have the best possible solution through OneNeck."

"We are very proud of the relationship we have built with Targus over the years," commented Chuck Vermillion, CEO of OneNeck IT Services. "When this contract came up for a competitive renewal, we were pleased to prove we could compete well with other solution providers in the market and still come out on top. By coupling our capabilities with our strong partnering philosophy we have maintained a close relationship with Targus. This recent renewal is testament to that and justifies our commitment to providing exceptional customer service," continued Vermillion.
