When she reads an advertisement seeking "hoofers," she assumes she will be perfect for the part since she has four hooves. The musical show director does not agree and refuses to have a cow perform. Daisy accepts work as a gopher and learns dance moves behind the scenes. When an accident befalls a star dancer, Daisy is ready to take her place. Using her knowledge of costumes and make-up, Daisy disguises herself to perform without the director's knowledge. After all, the show must go on! However, as Daisy is performing, her wig flies off and her identity is revealed. The director learns that there is room for a cow on stage after all.
