ECS Underwriting, Inc., an XL Capital company that provides environmental insurance, announced an enhanced pollution insurance program for warehouses. The program, which can be written to cover a period of up to 10 years, provides historical and ongoing coverage for pre-existing and new pollution conditions. It covers on-site and off site remediation expense; third-party liability for on-site and off site bodily injury and property damage and remediation expense; and third-party bodily injury and property damage that results from pollution conditions.
