Does anyone have suggestions for materials to help general ed students develop their leadership skills?

ANSWER: Contact you local Boy Scouts. Look at the literature and ask for the person who does Junior Leader Training. They teach leadership in fun ways. Having been a Scoutmaster for eaight years, I find much of it has crept into how I teach my life skills class for learning disabled kids.
