YOU MAY NOT KNOW Phillip Done, but you probably know someone just like him. He's the funny guy in every teacher's lounge-the one with the dangerous stories. (Why dangerous? Because coffee should not shoot through the nose!) In his book, 32 Third Graders and One Class Bunny (Touchstone), Done draws on 20 years of public school experience to provide readers with life lessons from the classroom. "Why do kids forget to indent in a letter but remember the name of the guinea pig I had when I was in third grade? Why do kids write THE END' so big? Why do kids know precisely how many days, hours, and minutes are left until their birthdays, but still ask, 'When's lunch?'" Every word will be familiar. Many will touch your heart.
