Dry Grinding System
Kool-Grind system keeps parts from warping due to temperature fluctuations and eliminates downtime caused by waiting for parts to cool. Internally cooled Kool-Grind plate and Kool-Grind chuck is matched with a chiller. Generated heat is absorbed by the plate and chuck without external coolant or mist systems. The unit improves accuracy and repeatability by maintaining constant workpiece temperature without external coolant.
