Pulp & Paper Safety Association honors achievements

Companies with outstanding achievements in safety for 2004 were honored during the Pulp & Paper Safety Assn.'s (PPSA's) Safety and Health Conference held June 14-16 in St. Petersburg, FIa. The keynote speaker and winner of PPSA's Executive Eagle Award was Richard Hanson, executive vice president and COO for Weyerhaeuser.

The following is a list of award recipients within each of the four award categories. Woodlands, bag converting, carton, corrugated, sheeting, specialty, tube & core, and sawmills were also honored within these categories.
