PALM SPRINGS--A Florida developer, Stanley Broxmeyer, has applied with the City Planning Department for a planned development district for the construction of an RV resort and single-family home complex on an 83-acre site at the north entrance to this city off Highway 111.

Giving his mailing address as Lauderhill, FL, Broxmeyer, through his architect, Chris Mills, seeks to build a 511-space RV resort and develop 36 sine-family lots, each comprising 6,000 square feet, at the northwest corner of Gateway Road and North Palm Canyon Drive (Highway 111).

Many of the lots, both for the RVs and the homes, would be located on fairways of the nine-hole pitch-putt golf course which would meander through the project site.

Access would be off Gateway Road and Las Vegas Road. At least two or perhaps three fairways would be visible from Highway 111.

One of the principal buildings would be a 28,000 square foot clubhouse, located on the southwest side of the project site.

The applicant lists his address at 7200 Radice Ct. #503, Lauderhill, FL. 33319. His phone numbers are (954) 484-5888, and FAX (954) 484-0840.
