Little Green

Teaching Pre K-8, Aug/Sep 2001

Little Green by Keith Baker (Harcourt, 2001) is a lively tale about a young boy watching a hummingbird dart about in the flowers outside. Young children will ask for this book over and over, and I guarantee you'll find them chiming in with the rhythmic presentation of all the action words. A delight for the ears and eyes.
