Teaching Pre K-8, Nov/Dec 2004

One for all

Thank you for the wonderful article about my classroom ("Learning to Grow," August/September 2004). I feel so special and so pleased. One of my favorite parts of the article is the short paragraph on the first page that begins, "About our school visits." So many teachers in my school building are doing the same things I'm doing - and then some! I've continually tried to make that point all this past year, so I was very pleased to read that paragraph in the article, in which you say that, in acknowledging one teacher, you're acknowledging all teachers.

Thanks for the laughs

I enjoy reading Teaching K-8 every month, especially the teacher-shared stories in "Laugh Lines" about funny events in the classroom. Thanks for keeping the laughs coming.

I was very pleasantly surprised by your letter saying I was chosen as a Lucky Subscriber. I very much enjoyed the book I won and have found many ways and use it in my classroom. Thank you!
