Best Practice: It is the Beach families commitment to treating everyone with respe t has added to our success. BHC is known for the beautiful grounds and the friendliness of their staff. The owners believe strongly that happy staff make happier guest and they fully buy into having their staff enjoy the property just as much as their guests. We see each year more and more staff return to us and I feel the positive culture and fun, beautiful work environment has everything to do with that return rate. Our employees can have their children participate in our children's program during our summer season. The program is for children between the ages of 4-16.
