This house plan-designed by Brian Barks of Southern Avenues, Inc.-provides spacious living for the family who loves to entertain. An open kitchen creates a free-flowing space between the dining and living rooms, which allows ease of movement for large groups. Amenities in the living room include built-in bookshelves, a fireplace, and French doors that open to the outside.

Also located on the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and walk-in closet. The addition of a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The relaxing adjacent bath is equipped with a garden tub, separate shower, and double sinks.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, each with private bath, provide a retreat for children or weekend visitors. Additional storage space is also located on the second floor. Exciting extras in this floor plan include a two-car garage and a side porch that links the garage to the main house.
