what's for supper? Pork Tenderloin
Southern Living, Jun 2004 by Harrington, Shirley
This no-waste cut is a smart buy for weeknight meals.
Grilled pork tenderloin makes a great supper at the end of a busy day; just be sure to not overcook the meat. The concerns of the past aren't the concerns of today, according to the National Pork Board. A light blush of pink in the center of the cooked tenderloin is a sign it will be juicy and flavorful.
