This project proves that by focusing on a single accessory you can alter the look of an entire room. We opted for two shower curtains in yellow chenille, hung like a window treatment. The tie-backs were made from houndstooth fabric and the curtain hooks from gingham ribbon. Then we fashioned the denim buttons with a simple button form available at most fabric stores. The curtain echoes the cheery color of the walls, while the details draw visual power from the black-and-white floor. Who wouldn't want to start the morning here?
