SEATTLE, WA-An American man was charged under the Protect Act of 2003 which makes it a crime for any U.S. citizen to travel abroad for sexual services. Michael Lewis Clark admitted to being a pedophile since 1996, flying to Cambodia for the past five years to molest as many as 50 boys aged 10 to 18 and paying them $2 for sex. He faces a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
