Maguire Burke announces new transactions

Maguire Burke Agency announced the following recent real estate transactions. Randall Furniture, of Ewing, has signed a long-term lease for a new store to be located at the former Wonder Museum site on Route 130 in East Windsor. This 16,000 square foot store will be completely renovated and open for business in early Spring 2004.

Garden State Magnetic Imaging PC has signed a long-term lease at Whitehorse Executive Center at 1245 Whitehorse-Mercerville Road in Hamilton. This facility will provide state-of-the-art MRI, X-ray, and Pet Scan services for the Hamilton area.

Optima Global Solutions has signed a long-term lease for a new office to be located at University Office Plaza II on Quakerbridge Road in Hamilton.

Optima will provide software and Internet services to the greater Princeton market.

Additionally, Maguire Burke is acting as the broker in the transaction of Princeton BMW's new location on Quakerbridge Road in Hamilton. In a recent release, Hamilton Mayor Glen Gilmore noted that the plans call for an impressive 50,000 square foot office and showroom, bringing about fifty new jobs to the community.

Said the Mayor, "This project will bring a new use to a site that used to be the home of a trucking maintenance facility. This will bring a high-end use with less traffic than most other uses, and add to Hamilton's reputation as a destination community."
