Syracuse Trailer Sales completes transactions for property

SYRACUSE - CB Richard Ellis in Syracuse has completed the following commercial realestate transactions.
* Larry Van Der Bogart and Alan Gramet, CCIM brokered three sale transactions for Syracuse Trailer Sales owner, George Jacobs. Jacobs' 20,569-square-foot commercial building, at 6680 Manlius Center Road in East Syracuse, was sold to Family Limited Partnership. Michael Santaro purchased the 13,600-square-foot building at 601 6015 Galster Road and the 3,000-square-foot building at 6038
Galster - Road, East Syracuse. Syracuse Trailer Sales has relocated its business to the former Waste Management Facility on Court Street Road in East Syracuse.
* Peter Finn, executive vice president of CB Richard Ellis/Syracuse, leased 5,560 square feet of office space in the 1001 James St. building to the Information - Management Department of St. Joseph's Hospital. The hospital will relocate approximately 24 employees to this location to allow for future expansion needs on the hospital campus. PyramidSherlyle Company is the landlord.
* Paul Roach leased 13,178 square feet of office space to CNY Works, a non-profit organization that connects job seekers, employers, and training services into a network of resources. CNY Works leased space on the first floor of 443 North Franklin St. in Franklin Square, Syracuse. The landlord is 455 North Franklin St., LLC. The deal was co-brokered with Emhoff and Associates.
Roach also leased 2,800 square feet of office space at 3 Northern Concourse in North Syracuse to Premier Internet Technology, Inc. The landlord is New York State Teamsters Health and Pension Funds.
* Alan Gramet, CCIM provided brokerage and tenant-representation services for IAAC, Inc., a full-service broker-dealer offering proprietary and non-proprietary products to clients around the globe. Gramet was successful in negotiating both the sale of the company's existing building at 202 Twin Oaks Drive and a lease at 5794 Widewaters Parkway in DeWitt, where IAAC leased 9,981 square feet of office space. The landlord is Widewaters Co., LLC.
