Oneonta-based Wilber National Bank opens Syracuse office

Oneonta-based Wilber National Bank says it has opened a new bankrepresentative office in downtown Syracuse, its 22nd office. The bank appointed Kenneth J. Scott, vice president and commercial-loan officer, as manager of the new office located in Suite 500 of the Syracuse Building at 224 Harrison Street.
The 131-year-old Wilber National Bank offers a variety of loan products including commercial, small business, and installment loans, as well as mortgages and Internet-banking services. The Syracuse office is not a full-service branch and will not conduct cash transactions, the bank says. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Staff may be reached by phone at (315) 474-8270.
As manager of the new office, Scott brings to Wilber 34 years of banking experience as a commercial-loan and businessdevelopment professional in the Syracuse area. He holds a bachelor's degree in English and economics from Le Moyne College. Renee Kittleman will also work at the new office. Kittleman has over 10 years experience as a paralegal, office administrator, and rentalproperty manager concentrating in commercial/residential real estate and business/corporate matters. Wilber National Bank also has 20 full-service offices located in Otsego, Delaware, Schoharie, Ulster, and Chenango counties, offering a complete range of financial services.
