Brandon, assigned to Company A, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Aviation of the 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized), was among a group of more than 20 soldiers from various units who sailed aboard the Yano to check and safeguard military cargo for U.S.
Central Command until it reaches its destination.
