JIL Information Systems provides services and products to the Department of Defense, the military services, the Transportation Security Agency (TSA), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other federal agencies. Its Training Services Division (TSD), headquartered in Orlando, Fla., with a satellite office in Pensacola, is ISO 9001:2000-registered and maintains that registration through semiannual outside audits. JIL's TSD provides its Army, Air Force and Navy, as well as its Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Agency customers, a wide array of training services including: electronic classrooms (the premier provider of this technology to the Navy); human performance solutions; computer-assisted instruction; web-based training; interactive media instruction (IMI); electronic classroom design, integration and installation; electronic performance support systems; interactive electronic technical/training manuals; legacy courseware conversion; database solutions; and face-to-face instruction.
TSD's employees include: certified performance technologists; programmers; graphic artists; engineers; A , Net , MC, MCSA, MCSE and CCNA technicians; Oracle, SQL, Java, Visual Basic and Access developers; instructional designers; technical writers; subject matter experts; and instructors.
JIL supports federal government customers in all aspects of defense international cooperation activities, providing subject matter expertise in international cooperative programs, international agreements, export licensing, foreign military sales, classified information disclosure assessments, country area studies and technology transfer.
International programs support employees include linguists in 12 languages; country officers specializing in 18 countries; subject matter experts in international agreements, international programs policy and foreign sales; budget/fiscal analysts; requirements officers; and software engineers.
JIL provides a full array of information technology (IT) services for its broad, diverse customer base. JIL provides cradle-to-grave support for the Defense Intelligence Agency's National Capital Region Client-Server Network as well as tailored IT support for Naval Air and Sea Systems Commands, Navy International Programs Office, Army Materiel Command, Transportation Security Agency, Federal Aviation Administration, the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Transportation.
JIL's IT expertise includes: information management and planning, information systems engineering and design, and information systems operations and security.
JIL's information technology experts are certified developers and technicians in PLONE, C , Java, Visual Basic, UNIX, LINUX, Oracle, SQL, A , NET , MC, MCSA, MCSE, NCS and are certified network and system engineers. JIL has more than 200 cleared personnel at secret or higher level; more than 70 of those are cleared at the TS/SCI level. JIL has a TS-cleared facility in Vienna, Va.
