In Memoriam: F. William Sunderman, Sr, MD, PhD, ScD

Dr Sunderman died at his home in Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia, Pa, on March 9, 2003 at the age of 104. In addition to his son, he is survived by 3 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
