Aerial work platform safety training

About 200 people participated in the first-ever Aerial Platform Safety Conference held Nov. 4-5 in Dallas.

Aerial Work Platform Training (AWPT) president Tim Whiteman cites the dangers to first-time aerial work platform users, as well as the annual growth in the market for these products, as factors contributing to the importance of the AWPT Conference.

AWPT training methods include theory, practice, and testing. For more information about AWPT and its training centers, please visit www.awpt.org, or contact Dennis Eckstine, vice president, Aerial Work Platform Training, Inc., P.O.
