National Guard, May 2005
NGAUS just increased its membership benefits.
In addition to representation and advocacy in Washington, association members now receive special discounts on online purchases of flowers and travel.
NGAUS recently signed an agreement with FTD.com, which offers flowers and gifts, and one with nuTravel, Inc., a full-service online travel agency. Both will provide association revenue as well as membership discounts.
The FTD.com agreement has been in place since earlier in the year. FTD (Florists' Transworld Delivery), is the world's oldest floral services organization. Its web site provides NGAUS members with a 15 percent discount on the basic product price for all orders.
