McNeill: "Productive session" on new Navy league building

Members of the Navy League's Ad Hoc Building Advisory Committee gathered at NLUS headquarters at the end of July to view the progress achieved to date on the new Navy League National Headquarters Building and discuss the work remaining to be done. "It was a very productive session," said National President Sheila M.

McNeill, "and was enhanced considerably by the professional legal, financial, and property-management expertise of numerous members of the committee." John R. Anderson IV, a past national vice president and a former national treasurer, has agreed to serve as the new chairman of the Navy League's Property Development Committee, McNeill said. Photo shows McNeill, Anderson, and other members of the Ad Hoc Committee being briefed by James G. Davis, Barry Perkins, and Dave Purdy of the James G. Davis Construction Company, principal contractor for the building project.
