UNIVERSITY OF AKRON PLC COURSE http://ecgf hp01.edgf.uakron.edu/f -elec/ study/ee465/
An old but still pertinent site for a course at the University of Akron on PLCs. Along with the lecture notes is a series of classic control exercises useful for learning the basics of control and PLCs, including developing control strategies for a traffic-light controller and a blackjack machine. This is a great site for someone considering a career in measurement and control, but who is not really sure what it's all about. Once a person has completed the exercises, he or she will have a good idea of what the field is all about.
