Banks receive 'outstanding' rating for community Reinvestment Act

The following banks recently received an "outstanding" rating from federal regulators for their Community Reinvestment Act compliance.

Illinois: The Edgar County Bank and Trust Co., Paris; Byron Bank; Jacksonville Savings Bank; First Mutual Bank, S.B., Decatur; Bank of Springfield; First National Bank of Decatur; and Roberts State Bank.

Iowa: United Community Bank, Hartley; Hills Bank and Trust Co.; Security Bank Jasper-Poweshiek, Kellogg; Pilot Grove Savings Bank; Farmers Savings Bank & Trust-Vinton; Perry State Bank; Panora State Bank; Security State Bank, Sheldon; Northeast Security Bank, Sumner; National Bank of Iowa, Denison; and Primghar Savings Bank.

Minnesota: Wadena State Bank; First State Bank of Bigfork; Rural American Bank-Braham; First Security Bank, Byron; Cityside Savings & Financial Service; Eden Prairie; Heartland State Bank, Storden; State Bank of Long Lake; State Bank of Park Rapids; Altura State Bank; Security State Bank of Bemidji; State Bank of Delano; Harmony State Bank; State Bank of Lake Park; Norwest Bank Minnesota North, N.A., Duluth; Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A., Minneapolis; Norwest Bank Red Wing, N.A.; and Pine River State Bank.

Montana: Basin State Bank.

Nebraska: The Fremont National Bank and Trust Co.; First Central Bank, Cambridge; City State Bank, Sutton; Butte State Bank; Geneva State Bank; Pleasanton State Bank; Sherman County Bank, Loup City; Valley Bank and Trust Co., Scottsbluff; Community State Bank, Milbank; Bank of Leigh; West Gate Bank, Lincoln; and Purdum State Bank.

North Dakota: Security State Bank of Robinson; and Norwest Bank North Dakota, N.A, Fargo.
