Michael P. Stearns was named assistant vice president of commercial banking for Citizens Independent Bank, St. Louis Park and Robbinsdale. Stearns most recently served as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. He holds degrees from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, S.D.
Bob Blenkush was promoted to community development manager for Marquette Bank, Minneapolis. Blenkush previously served as vice president-business banker for the bank's Golden Valley location. He joined the bank in 1977. Blenkush holds a degree in business management from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul.
