IBB and DTA join forces on processing services

Independent Bankers Bank of Springfield, Ill., has entered into an agreement with Data Transfer Associates of Des Plaines, Ill., to offer merchant bankcard processing services to IBB member banks. This relationship will allow for reduced cost processing services for more than 760 banking facilities and branches currently utilizing services offered by IBB.
IBB and its respondents will be offering merchants acceptance of credit and bankcards through this partnering program with Data Transfer. DTA provides a wide range of alternative payment services for merchant accounts and will be marketing these services through IBB to its members and their merchants.
