Merger to create nation's second largest EFT network

Pulse EFT Association, Houston, is purchasing Brown Deer, Wis.-based Tyme Corp. The transaction between the two bank-owned organizations is expected to be complete in October. The new company would be organized as a non-profit corporation that will use the Pulse name. It will serve some 3,000 member institutions, making it the secondlargest EFT network in the country.
