Wisconsin convention welcomes bankers to Madison

Martin H. Frank, president of Waukesha State Bank, was elevated to president of the Wisconsin Bankers Association at the group's annual convention, conducted June 24-27 at the Madison Hilton and Monona Terrace Convention Center. Approximately 125 people attended the meeting, which has never before been conducted in the state's capital. Other officers elected include President-elect Charles Runde, First National Bank of Platteville, and First Vice President Thomas L. Herlache, Baylake Bank of Sturgeon Bay.
