MN S&L expands

Northwestern Financial Review, Aug 1-Aug 14, 2002

Community Federal Savings and Loan Association of Little Falls, Minn., is expanding its main office building and drive-up facility in Little Falls.

Approximately 2,900 square feet of office space will be added to the building and the current two-lane drive-up teller system will be replaced by a new four-lane system. A fifth drive-up lane housing an ATM also will be constructed. Anticipated project cost is $600,000.

Thomas Leiferman, president, said that the expansion is being conducted in order to increase customer service and office efficiency.

The bank anticipates that the additions will be completed in October. A temporary drive-up facility and existing drive-up ATM will be placed in the parking area of the main office building to process drive-in transactions and accept night deposits during the construction period.
