Northwestern Financial Review, Dec 15-Dec 31, 2002

[chronicle]

The Wolf Etter & Co., accounting firm of Mankato, Minn., has purchased the accounting practice of Daniel R. Cartier.

Following up on discussions that began more than two years ago, Cartier joined the Wolf Etter practice on Sept. 1, bringing with him 12 bank clients in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.

Cartier sold his interest in the Security State Bank of Edgeley in May, 2001, to the Kulm State Bank in Kulm, N.D.

Cartier is working in the firm's Plymouth office.
