* Chris Worthington has joined TurnKey Associates, Waterloo, Iowa, as a business development representative. He is based in Des Moines. Worthington has extensive experience with banking equipment and a thorough knowledge of the design/build industry. Worthington is focusing on expanding business in Iowa and surrounds.
* Neel Johnson has been named senior vice president and senior regional manager for Wells Fargo Private Client Services in the Twin Cities. Johnson served as managing director and CEO for U.S. Trust in Minnesota. Prior to U.S. Trust, Johnson served as EVP and senior marketing officer for Allfirst Bank, EVP of sales and marketing for The Morris Group, as well as senior vice president for U.S. Bank. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Johnson is president of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Council.
Also, Dean Junkans has been named chief investment officer for Wells Fargo's Private Client Services group, Minneapolis. Junkans serves as managing director for Wells Fargo's Wealth Management group in the Upper Midwest. Junkans oversaw PCS investment management across the Midwest. Junkans joined Norwest Investment Management, Inc., in 1994 as a senior portfolio manager. Prior to his service with Wells Fargo, Junkans was with American National Bank's Trust Investments group in St. Paul, Minn. Junkans has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a master's degree in applied economics from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind.
* David Frauenshuh, chief executive officer and owner of Frauenshuh Companies in Bloomington, Minn., was selected to serve on the board of directors for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. Frauenshuh has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate.
* Michael B. Semmann has been named the Wisconsin Bankers Association director of government relations. Semmann was director of political affairs for the Wisconsin Builders Association. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison and has a degree in economics.
* First National Bank, Omaha, Neb., announced:
Sandi Cardillo was promoted to vice president. Cardillo graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Cardillo has a master's degree from the college of human resources and family science.
Kathryn Coziahr was promoted to vice president. Coziahr is responsible for managing loan and deposit portfolios for the private banking department of the Wealth Management Group.
Michael Dunetts was promoted to vice president. Dunetts has a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Exeter in England, a master's degree from the University of Illinois, and an MBA in information systems and international business from the University of Illinois.
Michael Foutch was promoted to vice president. Foutch is responsible for work on employee relations issues. Foutch is a graduate of Southwest State University in Marshall, Minn., with a degree in business administration.
Michael Hansen was promoted to vice president. Hansen graduated with a degree in finance from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Mihaela Kobjerowski was promoted to vice president. Kobjerowski graduated with a bachelor of science degree in economics from a leading university in Romania, and with a master's degree in economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Kobjerowski has completed her coursework and research for a Ph.D. in business statistics.
Paul Lagacey was promoted to vice president. Lagacey works for First National Merchant Solutions. He is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
* Justin Gullekson has accepted the position of senior financial consultant with Community First Investment Services, Decorah, Iowa. Gullekson worked for Northern Capital Trust Company of North Dakota as vice president of sales. Gullekson worked as an investment representative with American Express. Gullekson graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in political science and advertising and completed a master's degree in theology from the University of Dallas.
* R. Keith Douglass was promoted to president of Tompkins State Bank, Avon, Ill. Douglass has been with the bank since 1988, last serving as executive vice president and cashier. Douglass has managed the bank's Abingdon office since 1991 and has been a member of the board of directors since 1992. Douglass is a graduate of Monmouth College, Ill., and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Madison, Wis.
* Melinda J. Thompson joined First National Bank of Chaska - Shakopee, Minn. office, as a personal financial consultant. Thompson's career began in the financial services industry as a retirement planning associate for Lincoln Financial Advisors, Fort Wayne, Ind. Thompson has a bachelor of general studies degree from Ball State University, Muncie, Ind.
