Ottumwa, Iowa, bank to expand building
Northwestern Financial Review, Nov 1-Nov 14, 2004
Central Valley Bank, Ottumwa, Iowa, held a groundbreaking ceremony recently for an addition to its downtown office.
"We simply need more space to accommodate our growth over the past 10 years," said Tom Campbell, president and CEO of the bank.
The bank will be adding 7,400 square feet with its twostory addition. "Our expansion plans will provide for a better place for our customers to do their banking and it also will be a better place to work for our employees," Campbell added.
Waterloo, Iowa-based TurnKey Associates is handling the project for the bank, which anticipates completion by summer 2005.
